Thanks for investigating yet another interesting company!

Your question about when to open an investment thesis to the public: I appreciate that you're asking for our point of view. It is not easy to answer. I endorse this idea or whatever helps you realize your dream of going fulltime.

I think the more thesises will be made public, the higher the bar should be. But the main consideration should be: have subscribers had the chance to build a sufficient position before I make this thesis publicly available?

An easy rule like "+50%" may not always achieve that, especially for illiquid stocks: perhaps its price rose 50% before all subscribers could build a position, because the first few buyers pushed up the price, and others have been waiting for the price to cool off in order to buy - in this case, you risk that the thesis is made public before subscribers have built a position.

For the same reason, it may be a good idea to announce (in a footnote in existing correspondance - no need to send 1000 emails) when a thesis will be made public soon, so that subscribers know they'd better finish buying the stock soon, in case some people had delayed their purchase thinking the valuation could/should come down.

I voted 75% but I think 50% or less is very reasonable for larger caps with an analyst following, and 75-100% for less liquid/lesser known stocks. But better than such a hard rule would be to ask "do I think my subscribers were able to build a sufficient position, considering things like stock liquidity, attractiveness of valuation?" And I'd prefer to see not every single stock publicly shared, rather the minimum you need to achieve your objective. This is because sometimes I'll believe the stock should be able to get to a cheaper valuation, and then all the public attention is bad news.

Just some thoughts from my side, things you've probably already thought about...
